M is for Maple

Last weekend I was in northern Vermont visiting friends on a beautiful farm not far from the Canadien Border. The property had stunning maple trees that were a blaze with color. Which now has me thinking about all things maple for inspiration!

  2. That first image is devine! The lucite chairs, the big maple branches...the thought of maple syrup! Delicious post. My husband just said to me last night that we should head up to Vermont for the day to have maple syrup and blueberry pancakes! Yum!

  3. You forget about the beauty and power of something as simple as a maple leaf! Great decorating ideas here using the branches, so dramatic!! Of course tell me anyone who doesn't love fresh maple syrup and Vermont is breathtaking this time of year, we keep vowing to go back for the peak of foliage and haven't done it in years, think we are due back!

  4. We never leave Vertmont without a box of maple sweets... still waiting for the colors to turn down here (and for the weather to cool!)

  5. Love all the images you assembled. I just realized I have a bounty of centerpieces outside my front door.

And...we go through an awful lot of maple syrup at this house!!! So glad I finally switched us to the real stuff.
